RETURN/REFUND & PRICE BEAT POLICY

We understand not everything goes to plan and we are here to help. Our policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Customer service is our number one priority.

Return policy:

Change-of-Mind Returns (as-new)

• 30-day worry-free returns (30 days from delivery date)
• Unopened box
• Unused
• Resaleable condition (no dents or scratches)

Change-of-Mind Returns (opened)

We understand not all projects go to plan if you have used adhesives or peeled screen protectors, we will still accept a refund

• Opened box
• Dashcam is in good condition
• If item is not (as new) we will apply restocking fee of 10% from your refund

Items that cannot be returned under (Change-of-Mind Returns)

• Items with physical damage or wear and tear
• Opened SD Cards (data safety / privacy breaches and reliability issues
• Any Items missing from box (not including adhesives and dashcam peel screen protectors)

Other returns / Exchanges

We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, repair or refund where:

• The product is not fit for purpose; or
• The product does not fit the description; or
• the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality.

How to proceed with Return

• Include Invoice number
• Include issue you are having
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost back to us
• Please check your SD Card (try formatting) and Power connections this solves 99% of problems
• Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used (10 days for funds to be returned).

PRICE BEAT POLICY:

If you find a competitor's lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same stocked item, we will beat it by 5%
